Hacking of medical equipments, instruments have made some predict online murders may take place in the next few years. Rogue satellites may perform for rogue scientist, criminals, tyrants, despots, states, groups. Criminals may be motivated with the rogue technology. Experiments on kittens with radiation would reveal the immobilization and other ailments it can cause. Innocents may be subjected to electromagnetic radiation, mind control through ground satellite control. The area around the victim may be made of electromagnetic fields. She/he could be killed or driven to suicide with control on nerves, brains, bones, kidney, entire body. The victim may be left without oxygen or, put to sleep at any place, time by the rogues. Fertility may be tampered, damaged. A victim may be threatened to do as wanted by the rogues, criminals. Her/his family may be threatened. Innocent civilians may be sitting ducks for the rogues. Application of the technology may be by using the atmosphere, radioactive waste, toxic gases, fuel waste, atmospheric hazards, other matter. Radioactive wastes may appear as glows in residences. Insects, lizards may be electrically charged and their size, activities changed. Drones of the size of insects may be used. The only option for an innocent civilian and her/his family, loved ones, kin may be to have faith, patience, and to endure. The intelligence officials of one's country and abroad, may scan the victim and finally protect her/him. But this will be unknown to her/him and may take too long.
