Conchieta Alvarez arrives in Cuidad on a dance scholarship. Hernandez arrives a month earlier to work as a federal police. During that time undercover cop Claudio Garcia is kidnap. Charles Elliot is given a task by his departed grandfather to find his aunt Marsha to apologize for his behavior towards her. The kidnap soon finds himself under the power of men bent on ruining him.
