Victor is mixed race. His mother is Chinese and was born Taiwan his father is an American. Because of the Japanese invasion of China in World War Two, Victor's mother side professional grandparents escaped from China to Taiwan. They worked for TaiwanAUniversity in Taiwan and built HaoManMaterialFactory that both his paternal grandparents and the TaiwanAUniversity invested in. It supplied the university and the local community needs. When Victor's father side grandparents got into financial trouble in America, his father took the money from the station and escaped to America to solve their trouble.
