In a world often appearing beyond the surreal, Rhea embarks upon the first months of her true voyage of self discovery. The stillborn baby girl progresses from being a callow unemployed youth to blossom into a hostess with class, style and sophistication in the most unlikely of life's journeys, all while feeling almost forced to walk along her rather reluctant path.
Previously unknown strengths of character leap forward as she makes her way from bus hostess to corporate heroine, gently nudged there by intuition, a belief in a ‘guardian angel' and a desire to simply help out with what appear to be her ‘healing hands'.
From the decidedly unanticipated and unwanted award of ‘Miss Easter Egg' to the utterly unintentional human misery unleashed by her wayward and almost ballistic onion, her life appears full of betrayal and unforeseen consequence as she unwaveringly and humorously defines the axiom ‘no good deed will go unpunished'
Ultimately Rhea discovers it's just easier to work with rather than fight against your destiny, especially when that destiny is apparently directed by an ancestress.
