Luther Ewing. Luther is struggling to fight the good fight -- staying cool, taking his prescription meds to keep him from going off the deep end, becoming a good cop. But when some ruthless Russian mobsters start moving heavy drugs into the Baltimore area, Luther's dark past comes back to haunt him.
