While tending his wounds, I discover he's the stuff of legends-a shifter who also happens to be the new town veterinarian I've been anxious to meet. His past, however, is as clouded as his memory. As I teach him about his inner wolf and uncover his deepest secrets, a murder rocks our sleepy town. All evidence points to a forest creature with sharp claws and big teeth...
