Red Hawk Christmas — Rain Trueax

Still working out what she wants after an uninvited divorce, retired history and political science teacher, Diana Ashburn shocks her family by selling most of her possessions, buying a Class C motorhome, and telling them she is leaving Chicago for an adventure with no destination in mind. As Diana and her two Chihuahuas settle into life in her RV, she explores places depicting the history of the West from the Native American cultures to those who came later.

When winter weather approaches, Diana needs a place to nest for the season. The little community of Bluff, in a remote corner of Utah, is as different from a big city as it's possible to be. There a retired banker, an artist, and a cowboy become interested in her. After many years of marriage, Diana is unsure how to handle that or even more the fact that she finds one of them all too attractive. What does he want? For that matter what doed she want? Will she find a new meaning for her life in this strange land of red rock, deep canyons, red hawks, prehistoric ruins, and few people; or when Christmas is over, will it be time for her to move on?
