Prisoner-of-war Staff Sergeant Grayson Cole knows he's about to die. So when he reawakens in a Virginia hospital bearing none of the physical scars of his brutal torture and murder, he begins to question his own sanity. Did he really experience his own death? Over the course of his recovery, he discovers that he is part of a secret military experiment to harvest vital intel by digitizing and transplanting memories.
