Terry Moore, a well-liked retired teacher and contractor, dies suddenly and quite unexpectedly at a construction site. At first, his death is viewed as an accident, but then a host of suspicions surface as greed, racism, and jealousy come into play. Terry didn't die; he was murdered. Crooked construction firms, illegal workers, corrupt city officials, ambitious bureaucrats, jealous colleagues may all have had a hand in the crime. But who is guilty and why would anyone want to kill Terry?
