Swearing vengeance on bank robber Eagle Clark after his fiance is gravely wounded, Sheriff Grason Spencer attempts to raise cash in a sharpshooting match and is bested by markswoman Kasey Anderson, who seeks Clark on behalf of her sister.

A man of vengeance...

When the outlaw Eagle Clark and his gang robbed the Ransom bank, Sheriff Grason Spencer's fiancee was gravely wounded. Swearing vengeance, Grason pursues Clark and the cold-hearted woman who rides with him. He comes back empty-handed and turns in his badge, but remains set on bringing the gang to justice this time as a bounty hunter. In need of some cash, he enters a shooting match, not counting on being bested by a lady sharpshooter in fancy duds.

A woman of courage...

Kasey Anderson and her sister Jean were raised to be perfect markswomen. Then Jean ran off with the half-breed outlaw Eagle Clark. Determined to find her sister's hideout, Kasey heads toward Ransom. When she's mistaken for Jean by the arrogant Grason Spencer, Kasey hightails it out of town. But Grason follows and the two are forced to hunt down Jean and Eagle together. At the final showdown, fighting for the man she loves proves to be Kasey's greatest challenge.
