This is a science fiction / spiritual novel that takes place in the year 2113. At a time on the Earth when everything is dying due to the misuse and "rape" of the planet, a white flower comes out of the ocean and advances across the land. It is unstoppable, but not aggressive. Four boys meet a mysterious young woman in the forest that the wild, white flowers seem to be following. The misguided and abusive interaction between three of the boys and this strange young woman, and then the following sequence of events that occur when the rest of the world discover "Anne," are both tragic and touchingly similar.
