Percy — Amina Harrison

PERCY--Miss Amina Harrison's new novel centered around the youngest member of the Cavalier family of Terrebonne Parish. After completing high school, Percy Cavalier will arrive to Houma, for the summer vacation, occupy some time with her father Paschal Cavalier, her two aunts; Chantey and Vashel--not to mention Percy's so-named two cousins Gwen, and Gavin. With her coming of age, the now eighteen year old Percy Cavalier is ready to take on the world, it would seem--such as if she can manage the grown ups of her family, as well as her first experience regarding to love. However, Percy's "young-ish," world will become a little strange, when she meets an unfamiliar young man, who at one time had been missing kindred of Percy Cavalier, also her family of Terrebonne Parish.
