It's a fine spring day in Jubilee Park when Pearlie gets an unexpected visitor. A magnificent ladybird brings a regal message -- the Queen of Fairyland will visit the park that very day to make a special announcement. And she wants to have supper in Pearlie's shell! Could it be that Pearlie is to be crowned Fairy of the Year? But when those rotten rodents, Scrag and Mr. Flea, tell cousin Sapphire the news, she hatches a sneaky plan that could ruin everything that Pearlie has ever dreamed of.
