Dropping Out Iv: Passing the Torch continues the journey of The Trespasser Killer, Conrad Nevitt, as he and long-lost love (now found) Annie Satterly battle forces bent on power, destruction, and mayhem. Conrad and Annie assist the infamous Cornbread Mafia in a struggle against an international criminal element that includes a trio of evil women, to whom Conrad refers as "The Ho-Bag Three". Along the way, Conrad wrestles with the decision to re-retire and turn his power over to his genetically constructed daughter or a new strongman. . .or both.
