Of Green Tea and Terrorism — Essdale Wilson

Terror cells begin kidnaping prominent families as hostages in an attempt to force the United States to free Iraqi prisoners and evacuate their country. When their demands are rejected, they begin to murder their captives. Agent Arnot Collin's family is one of the families murdered and he sets out to kill known cell suspects and anyone who finances their cause. He becomes the hunted by both terrorists and a government that want him dead.
