North Beach Blue — Charles Fleming

In the fall of 1960, the CIA's MK-ULTRA program has set up safe-houses in San Francisco, and is using streetwalkers to pull unsuspecting victims out of the smoky North Beach jazz clubs. Deacon and Anita, the star-crossed lovers from The Ivory Coast and After Havana, are coming to town for some California dining and dancing. But murder and mayhem are also on the menu.
