Unfortunately, Billy didn't get to go anywhere beyond the walls of the religious commune -- let alone travel to Disneyland. Not because he didn't want to see the sights -- but because he wasn't allowed to leave the grounds. And, to make matters worse, no one in his family seemed to care....
