Murder at Thoreau Pond — Alice Iacuessa

Murder comes to a small Cape Cod town. Hannah and Martin Brewster return to their summer home in Oyster Town on Cape Cod expecting to enjoy another summer holiday sailing and enjoying their summer community. However, they quickly become involved in a murder of a local shellfisherman who apparently had another more sinister occupation. Along with their son, Jeff, a local journalist, and the young Asian police chief, Miyu Lee, they set about investigating.
