Murder at Outpost 22 — Steven Donahue

The murder of a human engineer aboard a space station is investigated by a human-hating alien named Colton, a lawman from the planet Grell who is forced to take the case after suffering a professional setback. Colton suspects every member of the victim's crew, and he uncovers secrets that may have led to the horrible crime. With his life in danger, the detective must overcome interplanetary prejudice and put his own bigotry aside in order to solve the case and bring the killer to justice.
