Laura Lee Hope is a pseudonym used by the Stratemeyer Syndicate for several series including the Bobbsey Twins, The Moving Picture Girls, Nancy Drew Mysteries and Six Little Bunkers. Between 1914 and116 seven books were produced in this series. Ruth is the elder serious sister while her younger sister Alice is lively.
