Kathy is a beautiful little girl. She plays with imaginary friends. But these are no normal friends. Kathy is diagnosed with split personality disorder. She has at least four ( if not more) personalities living within her. Most are nice but there's one named Sonia who is pure evil. She can control Kathy whenever she wants. Even brain shock therapy can not stop her
