Kaie, which means "combat" in Celtic, is the nickname of a the Dallas Police Department's homicide detective. She and her partner, Devereaux, are assigned to a troubling case where someone is strapping people to missiles and firing them, it takes the cooperation of the entire police department to track down the killer. Will Kaie and Devereaux track down the connections between victims before more people are killed, and can they catch a killer insane enough to fire missiles in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas?
