Pomoda Ndyhu is scouting the United States of America for an impending invasion by his race, the Meh'yam. He begins his surveillance in the predominantly black, historical town of Eatonville, Florida.

Pomoda is an extrateresstrial vampire who is disguised as a handsome, African businessman. He lures his victims into a sensuous trap with his irresistable luminous eyes where he devours the very melanin from their skin and feast on their pituitary glands. He leaves behind a discarded, horrific, mummified sacrifice for the world to see. He is utterly ruthless.

Pomoda's dastardly deeds doesn't stop there. On the mummified body, he deposits a mysterious orange, foam-like being which marks his victim's as his kill. This same orange being will kill anyone who disturbs the withered corpse. The first persons to die from this frothy, sentient being is the morticians at the local hospital. The mysteruious deaths lead to the FBI and the Center for Disease Control becoming involved in the case.
