I have lived a military life through two generations beginning with my husband's tour with the US Marine Corp and my son-in-law's tour with the US Army. We have two sons and a daughter who are now grown. Our military experiences were repeated through our daughter, who also has two sons and one daughter. Both generations witnessed a husband being deployed overseas to fight a war, first in Vietnam and later our son-in-law in Iraq. Through the eyes of a child, Meghan's Military Family shows God's love unconditionally, advocating for values such as true friendship, sensitivity to others, loyalty, forgiveness, teamwork, and truth. The main characters are children living within the military community.
