About This Book

Things aren't going well for Mark. Though it has been nearly a year since he broke up with his ex-boyfriend Roger, he has still been unable to land on his feet. After exhausting his options with friends and family, his only recourse is to live in Cleary, a small Southern town in the middle of nowhere that has nothing to offer to someone like him. He can't pass up the bed and shelter offer from his welcoming aunt - mostly because it is the only place that he has to go. At least that's what Mark thinks about the small town until he meets Jon McIntyre. Jon just needs someone to redecorate a house he hates after the death of his mother. That person has to be efficient, very good at their job and, overall, discreet. That person also gets to live with Jon while they are redecorating the house and while Jon tries to get over his mother's death. As if that wasn't complicated enough, no one knows who Jon actually is. Everyone in Cleary knows him by his performer name, Jackie Mack. That's one of the reasons why it's so important that Mark keep the details of this arrangement to himself. Jon doesn't expect anything that hasn't been outlined in the contract, except perhaps a little companionship. Mark expects nothing but a job and the opportunity to be able to move out of his Aunt Rosa's house. But things start getting way more complicated than either man ever bargained for as feelings that neither one of them expected start to develop. After what happened with Roger, the last thing Mark wants is to develop feelings for another man. As for Jon, these feelings could jeopardize his secret identity - not just that, they could change the way he views himself for the rest of his life. Without realizing it, Jon letting Mark in to his home could change everything. Please Note: This book contains Adult Language & Steamy Adult Activities, it is intended for 18+ Adults Only. Approx. 30,000 words in length. HEA (happy ever after ending). Does not end with a "cliffhanger."
