Detective Chief Superintendent Mace has planned a perfect vacation in California with his girlfriend, policewoman Victoria Bercovici. But, shortly after their arrival in the Napa Valley, someone tries to kill Victoria. Soon Mace and Victoria discover that the rolling countryside hides a web of deceit, corruption and crime.
