Local realtor Natalie Redding has houses to show, apartments to rent, and three lively children to raise by herself. Fortunately, her new tenant is used to the happy racket of rambunctious kids. Tall, dark Dennis Fischer is the assistant principal of her son's junior high, and he's seen and heard everything.

Dennis has always prided himself on being able to handle difficult situations with aplomb... at least he did until his house burned down, and this petite redhead with the pretty smile became his landlady.
