A young prosecutor in Wisconsin in 1982 had some great political expectations. He didn't hesitate to put some old friends away to reach his goals, especially when those old friends were in organized crime. The prosecutor, himself, was a felon. He just had not been caught. As a student from the fallen 60s, he finds out that "Instant Karma" really can get you. Or, maybe, in his case, it was justice coming in one of its many guises.
