Being a teen crime fighter can be a real pain when it cuts into your social life. While Kim is busy searching for a kidnapped rocket scientist with a talent for gardening, Bonnie, her cheerleading archrival, tries to steal Kim's spot as team captain. The scientist-napper turns out to be a kilt-wearing Scot who's about to turn the Pacific Coast into a giant golf course. Even if Kim mows down this rival, she might lose her cheer squad to another.
