Hetta Coffey is a sassy Texan with a snazzy yacht, and she's not afraid to use it! She's been in France, barging on the canals, eating great food, foiling terrorist plots...all the usual stuff, but now she's ready to go back to her yacht in Mexico. Not so fast!
