Jory was just fifteen when he saw his dad done to death. He wasn't much older when a cowhand up from Texas put his first gun in his hand and showed him how to use it. Jory was more than willing to learn. He wanted to be good with a gun 'cause he had a lot of use for one. But it turned out he wasn't just good. He was great.
