Zombies! It's not the end of the world. New York City, the greatest city in the world, is about to be the victim of a two-pronged attack. First, the zombie Amber Sunsweet has unleashed hordes of zombies into the city's subway system. And the government, aware of the danger, has declared an imminent quarantine for four of the five boroughs.

All of the characters of Zombies! face their demons in this, the series finale. Francis Culph, now responsible for ten year old Dillon Waters must choose his priorities carefully while John Arrick is desperate to find a way to help Dillon. In Atlanta, Denise Luco is facing both death and life in the form of the zombie plague and the unborn child she's decided she can't keep. Lance Naughton, rendered almost useless by the quarantine, fights to find some way to salvage all of the work he's done over the past several months.
