In a series of four romantic novels, historic figure George Galphin comes from North Ireland to work in the British Indian Trade. Intelligent and brave, Galphin becomes prominent in SC and GA, noted for his honesty and integrity, but also noted for his love of women. Historically, he left a wife back in Antrim, but acquired many “wives” in the new world, among them a Creek Woman of the ruling Tyger Clan among the Lower Creeks. Six women, mothers of his nine children, three Creek, three white, and three mulattos were known in history. He is noted as a hero of the Revolutionary War.
