The Queen's City streets have a serious threat to them and its people. The code that every hustler, pimp, prostitute and dope boy lived by has been replaced with the "Help Yourself" program. The notorious dealer A.K.A "Whack" has been given an ultimatum by the D.E.A. to turn over his childhood friend and drug boss Jamal or else. Caught red- handed with enough weapons to start a small war. Not to mention the drugs. With his back against the wall, time is running out. Jamal is arrested for murder. He calls his ruthless brother to Charlotte to get answers by all means. While finding those responsible for his brother's incarceration, he also finds a new bride that has a deep past and a secret her husband may not be able to handle.
