The Hawker Chronicles is the history of an English family from 1590 to the present day. 'Hawker Tobyman' covers the years from 1814 -1831. Sir Richard Hawker has lost his home and his estates to his evil cousin Jethro. With the help of his Romany friends he decides to take a desperate course of action to restore his fortunes.
