Going Green: Another Mush-Mice Adventure — Grandpa Casey

President Obama says we should do our part in “going green.” My book is a non- confrontational guideline on how young children, ages 4 - 9, can do their part.

GOING GREEN: ANOTHER MÜSH-MICE ADVENTURE is a story of how seven mice, and their leader, decide to follow our President's call to “go green.”

Undecided as to the what and the how of “going green,” the mice discuss several plans and carry them out to an understandable conclusion. For the targeted age, this story is inspirational in fostering their participation in “going green.” This is a short story, color illustrated book, written in rhyme. Using this novelty format is an ideal way, I believe, to strengthen a child's reading skills.

Being a father of three and a grandfather of seven, I know how inquisitive younger children can be. This book just explains, in a way they can understand, the concept of “going green.”
