Glenowen — Eleanor Sleath

Glenowen; or The Fairy Palace (1815) tells the story of two orphan children who gain a secret benefactress -- the fairy Peribanou -- as a result of their innate goodness and charity. This short novel holds the actions of Charles and Rosa Evelynn as exemplars for all children.
