When Jen decides to spend Christmas alone is it her sexy landlord who is her biggest problem? Or the ghosts?

Jen MacNamara flees her own Christmas wedding--and her cheating fiancé--and runs to the country. All she wants is to spend the next two weeks curled up in a sobbing ball and ignore the holiday. No tree, no tinsel, and most definitely--no turtle doves. It's the perfect plan.
Until her unexpectedly sexy neighbor and landlord, Nate Pierce, insists on bringing the holiday to her--complete with a Christmas tree, hot chocolate...and an unexpected kiss.

And that's not Jen's only problem. The cozy country farmhouse is already occupied--by something evil.

Now Jen's nights are spent wrapped in sensual dreams of a past life--and her days growing closer to Nate--as they solve the mystery of the malevolent ghost that haunts not only the house, but also wants Jen dead.

Dare to discover Jessica Aspen's sexy, new adult, contemporary, Gothic romance, today.
GHOSTS OF CHRISTMAS PAST BONUS Interview with the Author

Q - So, tell us about Ghosts of Christmas Past...why write a Gothic romance?

A - I wrote Ghosts of Christmas Past because I love Gothic romances of all kinds. I grew up reading authors like: Phyllis Whitney, Daphne Du Maurier, and Mary Stewart, so it was natural that I would want to write my own Gothic romance.

And then, I also wanted to write a Christmas story, so blending the two made sense. It was a fabulously fun book to write, full of spooky, ghostly things, and of course, the romance! I love mixing romance with fast paced plots and something special, like the modern Gothic element. I also like fast paced books with complex plots. Mix the two genres, ghost story and romance, and add in a sprinkling of a hot alpha hero, and you have Ghosts of Christmas Past...exactly the kind of book I love to read, and I hope you'll love it too. J

Q - Have you ever seen a ghost?

A -I actually lived in a haunted house. Not only was the ghost there, but his dog too! After we moved in I told the ghost it was time to go, and he understood and moved on pretty quickly, but his dog was another matter. I tripped over that ghost dog for several years!

Q - So, why should readers give this book a try?

A - If you love a fast-paced ghost story and hot romance, this is the books for you. Nate is a conflicted alpha male (of course!) who needs a smart woman to help him grow to his full potential. And Jen is one of my favorite heroines--she's strong, she just doesn't know it and between Nate and the spooky stuff, she is going to figure it out. And of course, there is the ghost story, brrr! If you love all those things like I do--sexy guys, strong heroines, and ghosts--then you'll love Ghosts of Christmas Past.

I want to thank everyone for reading Ghosts of Christmas Past.

Happy spooky reading!

-Jessica
