Flinch — Karen Barnett

The fate of the world lies in the hands of Jessica Cairn, a driven young secret service operative and Matty Swift, a teenage lad from Northern England.

The pair must act quickly to link Matty's dad's coma, Jessica's organisation and the bullets that are currently zipping past their heads.

With very little in common and no resources they must use their wits to go on the run together, each of them learning about loyalty along the way.
