TRACY INTERVIEW

Question: You have a new free military romance Kindle book out. Tell us how this novella might be different from other romance books on sale.

Tracy's answer: First off, my Wings of Gold series as a whole depicts helicopter pilots, and to date I haven't spotted another navy romance novel out there with navy pilots as the heroes. I'm also married to a naval aviator, so I'm able to bring many real-life experiences to my stories, including an international flavor from my time in the diplomatic corps. At the heart of it, EIGHTBALL TWO-THREE is a military alpha male romance, because it's about a young, swaggering hero full of confidence and his ability to change the world -- a soldier preparing for a future of war.



Question: What is the most unique aspect of your book?

Tracy's answer: Well, since this is a one-hour romance short reads, I provide just a peek of a romance story. The racy female protagonist sweeps into the hero's life, seduces him, teaches him some life lessons, and then out the door she goes.



Question: What drew you to writing romance?

Tracy's answer: My own story is like a fairy tale military romance rescue! My future husband stopped to save me on the side of the road (I had a flat tire). He was wearing a flight suit, looking ultra-hot, and I was instantly smitten! We had one of those relationships that started out with friendship and ended with marriage, and I wanted to write about that kind of love…the kind where you get a second chance at passion after maybe being knocked around a bit by love.



Question: What are your goals and aspirations?

Tracy's answer: I'm fortunate enough already to be one of a group of amazon best selling romance authors and to have written several award winning romance novels. But I would love it if the first full-length novel, BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, became a best selling romantic suspense, landing it smack on a list of top 100 romance novels…oh, and even better if it became known as one of the best romance novels of all time! That would be awesome!



Question: SEAL romance 2015? Can we expect to see some special operations in the Wings of Gold series?

Tracy's answer: Absolutely! The second full-length novel in the series, ALLIED OPERATIONS, is about a special operations mission, and provides a glimpse of the SEAL warrior who will have his own novel in the near future.
