Doodlebug and Dandelion — Pamela Dell

People from the city council are planning to knock down 100 year old trees. Dandelion won't stand for that and gets her whole class involved in a campaign to save the trees. This is a beautifully illustrated book for 4-8 year old readers. Proceeds from this sale benefit nonprofit Library For All, helping children around the world learn to read.
