Scotty Malcolm was piloting a yacht for TV millionaire Orlando Valencia, and a luscious starlet, when there was a violent explosion. Scotty alone managed to survive, but with the knowledge of Scotty's love for his employer's wife and the million-dollar insurance policy she would collect, the police cast him in the role of villain, so Scotty set out to trail the real murderer.
