Death of a DJ
Shock jock Jerry Dudek is the self-professed teacher of what makes people tick--and what ticks them off. Everyone who owns a radio wants to kill him, including South Jersey magazine's entertainment writer Cat Austen (nee Fortunati). Her loathing for the sleaze king of the airwaves only intensifies after she gets handed the assignment from hell--interview the disc jockey and his partner in slime, Tom Hopper.

An unpleasant job turns deadly when Jerry is brutally gunned down in the parking lot after telling Cat that he desperately wanted to dish her some dirt. Now he's six feet under it. But even with six lovingly intrusive older cop-brothers to "protect" her, and a handsome detective with an eye on more than just the case, a killer thinks Cat knows too much--and aims to finish her off.
