Janet Morse was overwhelmed by the attentions paid her by David Steele. From their first meeting on the steamer near Capri all the way back to Baltimore, she had been unable to keep him from her thoughts. And when he proposed marriage, she could not say no. But...just who was this David Steele? Despite Janet's love for the man, she had to admit that there were many unanswered questions about him.
