Contrast is set in a very far future. Billions of years in the future where Humanity has explored near enough every corner of space. No where left to expand the empires and factions turn on one another over culture and belief of how they had become to exist. Children Of The Morning Star expresses the beginning of Humanity's collapse due to being born from sin and embracing sinful pleasures. Now Nathanael is forced to leave his home by some unholy entity. After his and his family's departure from their supposed safe-haven they would face unimaginable danger. The horrors that were to come will uncover Nathanael's past will he be forgiven? Is the Human species redeemable?
