Cold Hell in Darley Dene — Glenn Stuart

A story, set in the early post-war years, tells how during the Second World War, a bomb hit an air raid shelter and killed many of the soldiers hiding there, because then Darley Dene was used as an army camp. The hero, a young boy, discovers the old shelter and reawakens the ghosts of the men who died there; those men now want a proper resting place.
