Claybourne Barracks — Patrick Andrews

In the early summer of 1895, the army garrison of Claybourne Barracks, Indiana is awaiting the arrival of a new commanding officer.  The summer social season is about to begin with soirées and galas, but dismay and fear suddenly sweeps through Claybourne Barracks as the opium-addicted colonel's paranoiac megalomania and his power-driven wife shatter the stability of the garrison.  One officer is courageous enough to risk his career as he attempts to end the madness even though he is forced to act alone
