Carnaby and the Demonstrators — Peter N. Walker

When a group of demonstrators decide to create havoc on a nationalscale by looting and burning cathedrals and churches, Detective Sergeant Carnaby-King infiltrates the group. And he is given a task: blow up York Minster. Knowing he has kept Special Branch upto date and that the plot will be stopped, he goes ahead with the plan. But Carnaby has been betrayed by someone at the top, and England's biggest demonstration is about to succeed.
