Now in an alien galaxy,Ichobod and Felix continue their journey spreading a new strain of Blotterbud from the Milky Way. Here they find that Blotterbud, along with all other drugs is legal. Though unknown to the gentle beings known as Hatters who grow food and bud for the whole of space, an evil Pharmaceutical cartel has implanted a destructive gene in the local blotterbud. Now they set off to help the strange Hatters to grow the new more potent blotterbud and tear down the Pharmaceutical giants plan to control the galaxy's drug industry .
