Tiggy and Tobias are brother sea-cats. They share a lighthouse and a backyard of sand but no common thread in personality. Tiggy has the persona of a rough and tough sea-cat. Tobias however, is not so daring. He would rather collect sea-glass than chase seagulls and hunt for fish. Hard feelings are exchanged when Tiggy accuses Tobias of not acting like a 'real-cat.'



Tiggy soon realizes he must apologize for his hurtful comments. Meanwhile, Tobias makes friends with a pelican and ignores his brother. Each following day Tobias is surprised to find a bundle of freshly caught fish outside his door! No longer forced to fight with the seagulls for food, he is very grateful to this mystery fishermen. Tides turn one morning when Tobias, expecting to find a bundle of fish, instead finds the courage within him to rescue his brother who has gone missing.
